Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time: 3–12 business days.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.

4. How to Check Your Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes using Australia Post. If you’re using a courier service, please provide a physical address.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

As all items are custom we do not accept returns, Refunds only applicable if proof of Damage during delivery
